For the purpose of this Clause 25.5 Financial Indebtedness shall not include Financial Indebtedness which constitutes the Subordinated Debt

• the level of our outstanding indebtedness, and the interest EPE is obligated to pay on such indebtedness, which affects our financing costs;

“Financial Indebtedness” means (without double counting) the outstanding principal or capital amount of any indebtedness for or in respect of:
