In the spring, you can admire the stinsen plants growing around the borg, called 'börgbloumkes', which is Groningen dialect for plants belonging to the stinsen flora: winter aconite (Eranthis hyemalis), farmer crocuses, snowdrops and lady's smocks.

Sie ist nach Absprache und bei Ausstellungen zu besichtigen. Rund um die Borg findet man im zeitigen Frühjahr 'Börgbloumkes', Pflanzen, die zur Stinseflora gezählt werden.
