I refer to the complaint that Mr John Rice received regarding the HS- Tie On Masks Lot number 0266110 where your customer claims that the metal clip in the mask is too long & too strong.

I am afraid I cannot offer any reason as to why the customer perceives these masks to be different from other production run’s of the same mask, since they are correct to specification both in dimensions & material.

Ich fürchte, ich kann nicht bieten keinen Grund, warum der Kunde wahrnimmt, diese Masken anders zu sein als andere Fortdruck ist von der gleichen Maske, da sie auf korrekte Spezifikation sowohl in den Abmessungen und Material sind.
