pivots

@fibowaver (#240) Pivots work pretty well at the spx. If the pivots match with my fibo calculations its even better. Edit/ using only Pivots of my Broker - they are different to the Pivots of TSO.

@ Fibowaver (# 240) Pivots arbeiten ziemlich gut an der spx. Wenn die Zapfen mit meinem fibo Berechnungen überein ihrer noch besser. Bearbeiten / nur mit Pivots meiner Broker - sie sind anders als die Pivots der TSO.
