Member States shall draw up programmes for scrutinies to be carried out pursuant to Article 2 during the subsequent scrutiny period.

(1) Die Mitgliedstaaten erstellen das Prüfungsprogramm für die Kontrollen, die gemäß Artikel 2 während des folgenden Prüfungszeitraums durchgeführt werden.

(a) the status of scrutinies communicated pursuant to point 4(b) and (c) in previous annual scrutiny reports, in accordance with the specimen form shown in sheet D of this Annex;
