The height from top of cable hang off to lower side of flange must accommodate un-dismantled S – bending of the array cables according to minimum bending radii and be suitable for cable stripping and cable jointing works.

For this, the sheet metal plate is put without cooper cable to a large gas burner to brazing temperature. After that the stripped cable head (ca. 200 mm) is insert and of a length of ca. 30 mm (see Figure 12) in the sheet metal plate to brazing.
