The bigger items you are having are: roof tent, fridge and awning. I don't know if you realise, but having a roof tent does mean that the rear safari hatch can't be opened. The front one is still clear.

The hydration tent will be right by the Mooresville Fire Department booth, first aid station, and safety trailer. It's along the blacktop drive just east of the large vendor tent, during Old Settler's Aug 5,6, and 7.
