An application for conversion of a Community trade mark application or a registered Community trade mark into a national trademark application pursuant to Article 108 of the Regulation shall contain:

Der Antrag auf Umwandlung einer Anmeldung einer Gemeinschaftsmarke oder einer Gemeinschaftsmarke in eine Anmeldung für eine nationale Marke gemäß Artikel 108 der Verordnung muß folgende Angaben enthalten:

the filing number of the Community trade mark application or the registration number of the Community trade mark;

das Aktenzeichen der Anmeldung oder die Nummer der Eintragung der Gemeinschaftsmarke;

If the application is filed by a person whom the proprietor of the trade mark has expressly authorized to do so, the proprietor of the trade mark shall receive a copy of the notification.

Ist der Antrag von einer hierzu vom Markeninhaber ausdrücklich ermächtigten Person gestellt worden, so erhält der Markeninhaber eine Abschrift dieser Mitteilung.

The rights conferred by a Community trade mark shall prevail against third parties from the date of publication of registration of the trade mark.

Das Recht aus der Gemeinschaftsmarke kann Dritten erst nach der Veröffentlichung der Eintragung der Marke entgegengehalten werden.

rights to that sign were acquired prior to the date of application for registration of the Community trade mark, or the date of the priority claimed for the application for registration of the Community trade mark;

Rechte an diesem Kennzeichen vor dem Tag der Anmeldung der Gemeinschaftsmarke, gegebenenfalls vor dem Tag der für die Anmeldung der Gemeinschaftsmarke in Anspruch genommenen Priorität, erworben worden sind,

(a) rights to that sign were acquired prior to the date of application for registration of the Community trade mark, or the date of the priority claimed for the application for registration of the Community trade mark;

a) Rechte an diesem Kennzeichen vor dem Tag der Anmeldung der Gemeinschaftsmarke, gegebenenfalls vor dem Tag der für die Anmeldung der Gemeinschaftsmarke in Anspruch genommenen Priorität, erworben worden sind;

Trade Mark ZSQ Beratung von der Deutschen Patentamt München im Jahr 2004 (Nr. 304 20 757) registriert. Diese Marke ist nun geschützt.
