For the purpose of this definition, the word "control" shall mean the direct or indirect ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting stock of the corporation, company, or other entity.

Zum Zwecke dieser Definition bezieht sich das Wort "Kontrolle" auf den direkten oder indirekten Besitz von mehr als 50 % (fünfzig Prozent) der ausgegebenen Stimmrechtsaktien der Körperschaft, des Unternehmens oder der Rechtspersönlichkeit.
