Zuständig für die Bestellung und Anstellung sowie für die Abberufung eines Geschäftsführers sind ausschließlich die Gesellschafter, die durch Beschluss auch die Bedingungen für die Anstellung festlegen.

The shareholders are solely responsible for the selection and appointment as well as for the dismissal of a Managing Director. They shall also define the conditions of the appointment by a shareholders' resolution.

iii) dass ihre Anstellung für eine befristete Dauer verlängert wird, die nicht länger als vier Jahre ist, wenn der Direktor es für nicht angebracht hält, zum gegebenen Zeitpunkt eine unbefristete Anstellung zu gewähren.
