Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass es für den Balkan eine Lösung gibt, dass das Unheil auf dem Balkan gebannt werden kann, aber dazu wird unsere volle Unterstützung nötig sein, und diese beiden Programme gehen in diese Richtung.
