Herrn De Coene, der vorhin sagte, der Rat habe einen Beschluß gefaßt, möchte ich sagen, daß der Rat keinerlei Beschlüsse fassen kann, bevor sie nicht den Ihren gefaßt haben.

To Mr De Coene, who said a moment ago that the Council had adopted a decision, I want to say that the Council cannot adopt any decision until you have adopted yours.

Durch diesen Beschluß stoppen wir den Waffenexport der Mitgliedstaaten nach Indonesien, und laut Beschluß gilt das Verbot die nächsten vier Monate. Danach wird es erneut geprüft.

This decision will mean we will stop the export of arms to Indonesia by any Member State, and the ban will be in force for the next four months, after which it will be up for review.
