a) Als Einkaufspreis ist der Einkaufspreis im Sinne des Artikels 312 Nummer 2 zugrunde zu legen.

Da der angegebene Einkaufspreis, anders als die von der Kommission ermittelten Einkaufspreise, nicht mit den verfügbaren Informationen in Verbindung gebracht werden konnte, wurde die korrigierte Tabelle nicht akzeptiert.

As this proposed purchase cost could not be linked to the information available, contrary to the purchase costs as established by the Commission, the revised table was not accepted.
