Der Direktor der Agentur und das Sekretariat des Europarates benennen jeweils einen Ansprechpartner, der speziell für Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit der Kooperation zwischen Agentur und Europarat zuständig ist.

The Director of the Agency and the Council of Europe Secretariat shall each appoint a contact person to deal specifically with matters relating to their cooperation.
