Ist der letzte Tag der Frist kein Arbeitstag, so endet die Frist mit dem Ablauf des folgenden Arbeitstages.

Where the last day of the period is not a working day, the period shall end with the expiry of the following working day.

Ist der letzte Tag einer Frist kein Arbeitstag oder ein öffentlicher Feiertag im Absendeland, so endet die Frist an dem darauffolgenden Arbeitstag.

Should the last day of a time limit fall on a day which is not a working day or which is a public holiday in the country of dispatch, the time limit shall expire on the following working day.

Bleibt die Geltendmachung erfolglos, so muss der Anspruch innerhalb einer weiteren Frist von zwei Monaten nach Ablauf der Frist gemäß Abs. 1 eingeklagt werden, andernfalls ist er ebenfalls verwirkt
