Billige Justiz ist keine Justiz.

Cheap justice is no justice.

"Lenkung und Leitung der Justiz" prägte den Rechtsalltag maßgeblich und sicherte politisch gewünschtes Funktionieren. Justiz-Verfassung und -Praxis waren nicht unbedingt identisch.

"Control and direction of the judiciary" significantly shaped the law day and secured politically desired operation. Justice Constitution and practice were not necessarily the same.

Deswegen wird es unser Ziel sein, eine hohe Qualität in der Justiz zu erreichen und uns dabei an die Prämisse zu halten, von der ich gerade gesprochen habe: Achtung der Unabhängigkeit unserer Rechtssysteme und Justiz.

My final thought on this topic is that no mechanism for evaluating the quality of justice should bear upon or have a detrimental effect on the independence of the judiciary, either directly or indirectly.
