Ich sage Kulturen, aber eigentlich gibt es keine verschiedenen Kulturen, sondern es gibt nur eine einzige Kultur.

Leider hat sich ja nichts geändert an der Tatsache, daß der Rat immer über Kultur redet, aber kein Geld für Kultur gibt.
