Kurzum, wenn also die Rechtsstaatlichkeit immer noch die Rechtsstaatlichkeit ist, dann können wir nur feststellen, dass die Charta leider schon Reaktionen gegen die übliche Rechtsstaatlichkeit hervorruft.

Daher, wenn wir hier Rechtsstaatlichkeit haben, und unserer Auffassung nach wird ganz Europa gemäß dieser Rechtsstaatlichkeit regiert, dann hat die Tschechische Republik noch immer mit den Sudetendeutschen und den Ungarn ein Hühnchen zu rupfen.
