Sofern in dieser Verordnung nicht anders geregelt, gelten die Bestimmungen der Verordnung (EG) Nr.

Regulation (EC) No 1445/95, Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000 and Chapter III of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006 shall apply, save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation.

Vorbehaltlich anders lautender Bestimmungen der vorliegenden Verordnung gilt die Verordnung (EG) Nr.

Regulation (EC) No 826/2008 shall apply save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation.

(6) Die vorliegende Verordnung sollte mit Wirkung vom ersten Geltungstag der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1786/2003 gelten -
