VERORDNUNG (EWG) Nr. 1155/76 DER KOMMISSION vom 18. Mai 1976 zur Änderung von Anhang II der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 316/68 betreffend die Qualitätsnormen für Asparagus-Schnittgrün

The proposed regulation is being extended so that existing Community legislation on access to documents, as provided for in Regulation No 1049/2001, covers all Community institutions.

Eine solche Bestimmung gibt es im Århus-Übereinkommen nicht.

Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1203/70 of 26 June 1970 is hereby repealed. This Regulation shall enter into force on the eighth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

Die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1203/70 der Kommission vom 26. Juni 1970 wird aufgehoben. Diese Verordnung tritt am achten Tag nach dem Tag ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Gemeinschaften in Kraft.

In order to benefit from the specific aid provided for in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1323/90, a producer fullfilling the conditions laid down in the second subparagraph of Article 2(2) of Regulation (EEC) No 3493/90:

Having regard to Article 66(4) and (5) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 of 2 July 1993 laying down provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code(1),

gestützt auf die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2454/93 der Kommission vom 2. Juli 1993 mit Durchführungsvorschriften zu der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2913/92 des Rates zur Festlegung des Zollkodex der Gemeinschaften(1), insbesondere auf Artikel 66 Absätze 4 und 5,

1. Where an institution fails to hold all or part of the minimum reserves imposed in accordance with this Regulation and ECB regulations or decisions associated herewith, the ECB may impose either of the following sanctions:

(1) Hält ein Institut die gemäß dieser Verordnung und den damit zusammenhängenden Verordnungen oder Entscheidungen der EZB auferlegte Mindestreservepflicht nicht oder nur teilweise ein, so kann die EZB eine der folgenden Sanktionen verhängen:

(6) Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 of 2 July 1993 laying down provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 establishing the Community Customs Code [9], lays down rules for the management of tariff quotas.

2913/92 des Rates zur Festlegung des Zollkodex der Gemeinschaften [9] sind die Bestimmungen für die Verwaltung von Zollkontingenten festgelegt.
