General time limits for payment and suspension of the time limit for payment

Wenn keine Zahlungsfrist im Vertrag zwischen Ranj und dem Kunden oder auf der Rechnung selber festgelegt wurde, gilt eine Zahlungsfrist von 14 Tagen.

If no payment time has been stated in the Agreement between Ranj and the Client or on the invoice itself, a payment time of fourteen days shall apply.

Sofern kein schriftlicher Vertrag vorliegt, muß die maximale Zahlungsfrist unseres Erachtens 21 Tage ab Rechnungsdatum betragen; dies würde nur gelten, wenn die Zahlungsfrist im Vertrag nicht genau festgelegt ist.

In the absence of a written contract, we think that payment should be made at the latest 21 days from the invoice date; this would apply only when the payment period is not laid down in the contract.
