(5) Die Tagesberichte nach Absatz 1 und die Inspektionsberichte nach Absatz 2 und Absatz 3 werden der Kommission oder der von der Kommission zu diesem Zweck benannten Stelle auf Anfrage übermittelt.

Daily reports referred to in paragraph 1 and inspection reports referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 shall be submitted, upon request, to the Commission or to the body that the Commission shall have designated for that purpose.

Für Windkraftanlagen gelten der Absatz 2 Satz 2 und die Absätze 4 bis 6 nicht.
